I Am Balanced

I am balanced.

The identity chakra, located two – three inches beneath the navel is the center for balance, wholeness, creativity, sexuality and ones manifestation in the world.   Because it is the center for balance it is also the center for the balance of male and female energies in the body.  It is the ability to be both sensitive and strong, receptive and directive.  It is the ability to act and the ability to wait.  It is the ability to be open and to stand in one’s convictions.  It is the ability to say yes and to say no. [1]In today’s meditation I would like to work with connecting to that place of balance that exists with us.  That place that is both sensitive and strong, receptive and directive.  In today’s meditation we will work with the affirmation: I am balanced.

I would like to begin today’s guided meditation by first connecting with our spirit, our enlightened self, our highest self.  I would like you to imagine a pillar of light starting at the top of your head and traveling down your spinal column, down your legs and out your feet.  This is the light of your spirit.  Your spirit is infinitely wise, your spirit is infinitely compassionate and your spirit is deeply balanced.  There is a place in you that is balanced, that is strong, that is steady.  Connect to the balance that resides within you.  Feel this balance and emanate this balance now.

Affirm:

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

Feel the balance that resides within your spirit.  Your spirit is balanced.  Your spirit is steady.  Your spirit is both sensitive and strong.  Feel the balance that resides within your spirit now.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am both sensitive and strong.
I am both receptive and directive.
I am open and I stand in my convictions.
I can act and I can wait.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

Sit in the balance of your being now.  Remember who you are.  Your spirit is balanced, steady, sensitive and strong.  Feel the sensitivity of your spirit, feel the strength that lies within.  Feel the steadiness of your spirit and feel the great balance that lies within.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

As you sit in the balance of your being now I’d like you to become aware of the powerful guides who are by your side.  We each have powerful guides that are working with us.  Sit in the depth of your own balance and at the same time be aware of the powerful and balanced guides who are by your side.  Let their presence expand you and assist you in finding your own balance.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

Ask your guides a question now.  Ask what would help you to stay connected to the balance that lies within?  Listen deeply for an answer.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

Continue to stay connected to the balance that lies within your spirit and continue to feel the presence of the powerful guides who are with you.  This time bring your awareness to your third eye located in the center of your forehead.  This is the center for wisdom and clarity.  Imagine a round window in the center of your forehead and then gently peer out of this round window.  Now, I would like you to bring to mind a situation where you lost your balance and look at that situation through your third eye.   First, I would like you examine what caused you to fall out of balance.  Peer out of your third eye, let go of all thought and simply observe what caused you to loose your balance, observe what made you vulnerable? The second question is what would you have done differently if you had maintained your balance? Again, quiet your mind, look out of your third eye, and observe how you would have handled this situation differently when in a state of balance.

Affirm:

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

This time I would like you to close your eyes and once again bring your awareness to your third eye.  I would like for you to ask for a vision of you actualizing the great balance of your spirit.  What do you look like, act like, and how do you speak when you are in your full balance?  Quiet your mind and allow a vision to come to you.  What you focus on grows and so I would like you to focus on actualizing the great balance that lies within.  Hold this vision now.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

Once again connect to the great balance of your spirit.  Feel the balance of your spirit.  Connect to the great sensitivity of your spirit, connect to the receptive nature of your spirit, connect to that part of you that can wait.  At the same time connect to the great strength of your spirit, connect to the directive nature of your spirit and connect to that part of you that can act.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am both sensitive and strong.
I am both receptive and directive.
I can act and I can wait.
I can say yes and I can say no
I am open and I stand in my convictions.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced

Feel the balance of your spirit.  Feel the balance that lies with in you. Aspire to speak with balance.  Aspire to listen with balance.  Aspire to move with balance.  Aspire to model this balance in that you think, in all that you say and in all that you do.  Your balance will create a wake that will flow out from you and create  positive changes in your environment.  All that you do, all that you say and all that you think carries an energy and a vibration.  Allow the energy that emanates from you be one of balance.  The world needs your balance.  The world needs your wisdom.  The world needs your clarity.  Seek to find this balance in your body, in your mind, in your emotions and bring this balance out into the world.  Be a model for balance.  Aspire for balance in all that you do.  The world is filled with imbalance.  One by one as you find your own balance you will begin to tip the scales.  As you find your balance you will be able to help others find their balance.  Allow balance to be your achievement and your gift.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.

I am balanced.
I am balanced.
I am balanced.
